This privacy policy applies to the WhiteDash app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by PORK HUB LTD (collectively, the “Application”). PORK HUB LTD is referred to below as the “Service Provider”.
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to enable connectivity and is not retained or used for tracking.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through ordinary use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily supply information through other means, you may request deletion of that information by emailing christinahollingsworth24@gmail.com.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If information is voluntarily provided by a child through other means, parental or guardian consent may be required where permitted by law.
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure is minimal. Even so, no system is completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it may hold.
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, affected individuals will be notified where required by law.
WhiteDash is designed to operate without retaining personal information through normal app usage. Any technical protocol data needed to establish an internet connection is transient and not stored for profile building or analytics. If you choose to contact the Service Provider by email, any correspondence you provide may be retained only for as long as necessary to respond to the request, handle follow-up, and comply with legal obligations.
If you have voluntarily shared information with the Service Provider outside the ordinary use of the Application, you may request deletion of that information at any time by contacting christinahollingsworth24@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal requirement to retain limited records.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version together with an effective date. Previous versions may be requested by contacting christinahollingsworth24@gmail.com.

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
